First flower bloomed in space, NASA’s Scott Kelly Shared Photo of Flower Grown in Space

Flower bloomed in space for the first time, NASA astronaut Scott Kelly shared an image of a blooming zinnia that grown in International Space Station. Kelly made the news public  on Saturday using her social media profile. The team has managed to grow zinnia plant which is an edible plant. The team used LED’s of RED, BLUE & GREEN to produce conditions similar to sunlight. Zinnia plant is difficult to grow & it is considered as a great success to grow plant like it in space as these can be useful in future space projects like ‘MISSION MARS’. A group of scientists has predicted that moon village will be reality by 2030. By the cooperation of astronauts and robotic systems on the moon it will be reality by 2040. Scientists raised this statement during the symposium conducted by European Space Agency (ESA) in Netherlands titled as "Moon 2020-2030, A New Era of Coordinated Human and Robotic Exploration". James Potten a Bristol - England native was expecting his Amazon Kindle which he ordered when he handed package from FedEX, But actually what he got was patient tumour specimen which was destined for the Royal Free Hospital London.
